Service Areas
Coney Island is our home base. We design throughout the surrounding South Brooklyn neighborhoods and accept projects across Brooklyn and New York City.
South Brooklyn
South Brooklyn is not one kind of property. Within a short drive you have oceanfront condominium towers, prewar walk-ups, limestone row houses, detached single-family homes, two-family houses with rental units, busy avenue storefronts, waterfront restaurants and a growing number of investment and short-term rental apartments.
Each of those calls for a different design approach. A beach-block rental needs durable finishes and listing-ready styling. A prewar Bay Ridge apartment needs furniture that respects original moldings. A Gravesend family house being updated after thirty years needs a plan that modernizes function without erasing what the family already loves.
Knowing the buildings matters as much as knowing the styles: elevator dimensions, co-op board rules, delivery windows, radiator placement and which rooms get real light. That local knowledge is what keeps a project on schedule.
