Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request does not create a design agreement. Project scope, fees, schedule and deliverables are defined in a separate written agreement.

Estimates and Pricing

Any pricing discussed before a site visit is an estimate. Final pricing depends on scope, furnishings, product availability and project complexity.

Intellectual Property

Design concepts, drawings, presentations and photography produced by Coney Island Interior Design remain its property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
